I do a lot of sport and exercise and came up with an injury which wasn’t getting any better. After listening to my issues in our first consultation, Piotr was able to work on the areas I needed as well as giving me exercises to assist in between visits. After only 3 sessions I was in a much better place and have had no issues since. It's been a couple of years since I last visited the clinic in Witham so I thought I'd update my review, well its still 5 stars! Very conveniently located for London commuters on the Greater Anglian service into London. Managed to book an appointment with Justin Rata around my train times. I was assessed thoroughly and treated for lower back pain, sciatica and a stiff neck, I arrived in pain and left revitalised! A great addition is that the clinic now has a private GP clinic. First visit I couldnt stand up, walk or sit down, he found the root of the problem quickly to be muscles spasms between vertebrae and he was clear on the processes and potential appointment lay out (2-6 apps) and recovery time. After each session, although a little sore after treatment, I could feel the benefits. Had 4 sessions in 2 weeks to get it almost 100%.
