Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. To an osteopath, for your body to work well, its structure must also work well. We use touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage to increase the mobility of joints and to relieve muscle tension. This may also enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues, and help your body’s own healing mechanisms. We may also provide advice on posture and exercise to aid recovery, promote health and prevent symptoms recurring.

I do a lot of sport and exercise and came up with an injury which wasn’t getting any better. After listening to my issues in our first consultation, Piotr was able to work on the areas I needed as well as giving me exercises to assist in between visits. After only 3 sessions I was in a much better place and have had no issues since. I hope not to return for some time but in a good way as he clearly knows his stuff.

Very conveniently located for London commuters on the Greater Anglian service into London. Managed to book an appointment with Justin Rata around my train times. I was assessed thoroughly and treated for lower back pain, sciatica and a stiff neck, I arrived in pain and left revitalised! A great addition is that the clinic now has a private GP clinic. I booked an appointment with Dr Roy Melamed and had a 30 minute consultation (not the normal 10mins) and Dr Roy wrote a prescription, all very easy!
